I began TLV in 2009 as a successful business professional with little athletic ability. I could swim but could not run or bike. In three short years I have completed over 15 triathlons and two half marathons including a half ironman. More important than my accomplishments are the lifelong friendships developed and my increased sense of accomplishment thanks to the wonderful support from coach Martha. Joining TLV and meeting Martha is one of the best things I have ever done in my life.
