Triathlon Cycling + Run = Brick & Race Stories!: Training for Team Triathlon members including a bike run and run for race training. Brick! Enjoy hearing race stories from the team members.

- 7:00 am RTR for Announcements and Route Review
- Bike along Santa Monica River Trail (paved path) to Newport Beach from Irvine.
- Swift transition to your run.
- Race Stories! Share your experience with the team.
- Breakfast with the team.
- All gear to Ride and Run, including your helmet!
- Transition at your car, organized for a swift change.
- Mat or towel to stretch after training.
- Breakfast item to share.
- Your race story!
