Hosted at Ignite Cycle, our TriLaVie Showcase offers you a fabulous night of fitness with 2 class options.  Choose one or enjoy both classes which run concurrently:

• 5:30 pm Spin with Martha  or  Stretchletics with Erica
• 6:30pm Spin with Martha  or  Stretchletics with Erica

Doors open at 5:00pm, food served from 6:00pm and the Beverage Cart starts at 6:30pm!

Ask a Doctor!  Dr. Jerome Melad is a local chiropractor specializing in physiology and sports. He'll be available to answer your questions about aches, pains or keeping good health.

Indoor Cycling with TriLaVie consists of riding a stationary bike to music and coaching.  Interval work using cadence, gearing and good form helps develop great riding for your outdoor cycling.

Ignite Cycle is Orange County's latest addition to premier indoor cycling with state-of-the-art bikes including power meters and heart-rate tracking.

Stretchletics is the hottest new trend for athletes and fitness enthusiasts!  Stretchletics draws from the practice of yoga and adds modern stretch techniques to combat the most common issues active people experience.Designed to increase mobility and flexibility. You will LOVE this class!

BRING:

• Water - 2 bottles
• Mat or Towel for Stretchletics, which is an outdoor class.
  
• Shoes: either running shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips for the spin bikes, indoors
• Dry clothes (maybe!) for after the class.
