Join us for a new and exciting training for TriLaVie... Mountain Biking. Yes, that is right, we are going to mix it up ladies! Jim Manton ( a former pro mountain bike rider himself) will be coaching us on fundamental mountain bike skills and techniques.
- 7:00 am Sign-In and Set-Up ( When you RSVP, please indicate if you have a mountain bike or gravel bike)
- 7:30 am RTR for Announcements and Route Review
- Ride for 1-1:30 hours on all groomed fire roads along Ladera Ranch
- Stretch and strength
- Breakfast with team
- Bike gear
- Mat and towel for stretch and strength
- Breakfast item
