Explore Local Trails!: Group runs and walks weekly including trails throughout OC and extended distances for half and marathon trainers. Walkers welcome, women and men!
TRAIL RUNNING, WALKING, MARATHON & HALF MARATHON PROGRAM
Enrich your soul, mix up your running mentally and physically, get stronger, meet new people, expand your horizons!
Saturday mornings 7:30 am- 9:30 am (longer for marathon/half marathoners).
HALF & FULL MARATHON RUNNERS:
Runners training for the Surf City Half Marathon/Marathon or LA Marathon will do a combination of trail running and paved-path/road running at distances that will vary each week depending upon the training plan goals.
Just $149 for 16 weeks
Locations will vary on a weekly basis and may depend upon weather and rains. Participants receive the locations from Coach Linda.
