Open Water Swim, Bike, Run: As we have races coming up next month, open water swims, bike and runs are all in order. Choose your own brick! ( Swim/Run, Swim/Bike, Bike/Run).
TriLaVie Team Training includes a swim, bike and run. Please bring all your gear to set up for a swift transition AT YOUR CAR and a fun morning in the Back Bay!
- 7:30 am Training Starts at the shore of Newport Dunes or Bike Back Bay. Then depending on your chosen brick, transition at your car for the 2nd half of your brick. ( Times will vary, based on your training plan)
- Stretch and Breakfast.
There is free parking on Back Bay Drive, but it is limited. Be aware of limited times. Park on the street and walk to the shore of Newport Dunes.
- All Swim gear including a wetsuit and a bin to put your wetsuit into after the swim.
- All Run gear
- All Cycling gear
