One-hour Swim lessons in the Pool: Coaching on the basics of freestyle swimming as they relate to triathlon preparation. Focus includes breath control, body position, efficiency and endurance.

Max: 6 swimmers
Lessons are conducted by a professional triathlon and/or swim coach and will provide the basics with the majority of the lesson spent in the water practicing essential techniques for better swimming.
This class is suitable for swimmers who are water-safe, comfortable swimming over their head and do not suffer from water-panic. If you require more instruction, we recommend our personal coaching option for an optimal one-on-one experience.
Coach David Light is a triathlon coach with a specialty in swimming and has coached for Swim Velocity and TriLaVie for more than 10 years. Originally from England, David's background includes participation on the National Water Polo Team, a professional triathlete, multiple wins and placement at races of all distances. In the past couple of years, David competed in Double-Ironman races spanning swim-bike-run for a couple of days! While David is an exceptional athlete, he distinguishes himself an exceptional coach for athletes of all levels. David also provides personal coaching for triathlon and individual sessions to learn and improve the skills of swim, bike, run and triathlon race preparation. Venue: Nellie Gail Ranch Tennis and Swim Club
This is a private, membership facility. Please enter through the clubhouse and introduce yourself as a swim participant. Meet the coaches poolside. You are welcome to use the locker rooms with showers before and after your swim.
