One-hour Swim lessons in the Pool: Coaching on the basics of freestyle swimming as they relate to triathlon preparation. Focus includes breath control, body position, efficiency and endurance.
Swim Lessons: Small Group for Triathlon
Lessons are conducted by a professional triathlon and/or swim coach and will provide the basics with the majority of the lesson spent in the water practicing essential techniques for better swimming.
This class is suitable for swimmers who are water-safe, comfortable swimming over their head and do not suffer from water-panic. If you require more instruction, we recommend our personal coaching option for an optimal one-on-one experience.
Coach Tracy White is a highly-regarded triathlon and swim coach specializing in preparing adults for triathlon racing. She works with all levels of athletes from beginners to experienced. Whether you are training for your first sprint triathlon or an Ironman, Coach Tracy will provide exceptional instruction. (See Coaching Bio Below)

Coach Tracy White:
Tracy came to triathlon with a strong background in competitive swimming. She achieved an Olympic Trials qualifying time at the age of 16, and continued to a collegiate swimming career that included two NCAA Div II All-American honors. During those same years she began teaching swim lessons, coaching youth, high school and Master’s swimmers.
Her coaching career has spanned over 35 years and incorporates the latest swim coaching techniques and a solid foundation of swim stroke fundamentals. Tracy brings a passion to her coaching, leveraging her swimming experience and over 50 triathlon swim starts including 13 Half Ironman finishes and three full Ironman finishes. Her athletes range from those competing in their first Sprint Distance Triathlon to Kona qualifiers. She implements a love for the sport of swimming into her coaching style and is committed to constantly growing her knowledge of coaching with enthusiasm, discipline and compassion.
This is a private, membership facility. Please enter through the clubhouse and introduce yourself as a swim participant. Meet the coaches poolside. You are welcome to use the locker rooms with showers before and after your swim.
