Open Water Swim Skills + Run: Welcome the summer with a shorter ocean water (no waves) swim skills practice paired with a bike or run.
TriLaVie Team Training includes a swim with a bike or run. Sprinters can do a swim/bike brick and for others you can do a swim/run brick. Please bring all your gear to set up for a swift transition AT YOUR CAR and a fun morning in the Back Bay!
- 7:30 am Training Starts at the shore of Newport Dunes.
- Swim skills for 30 mins. at Newport Dunes with a 1 hr. to 90 min. run through Back Bay
- Stretch and Breakfast.
There is free parking on Back Bay Drive, but it is limited. Be aware of limited times. Park on the street and walk to the shore of Newport Dunes.
- All swim and run gear including a wetsuit and a bin to put your wetsuit into after the swim.
- All Run gear.
