Swim + Bike +Run – Newport Dunes – 7:30am

Open Water Swim Skills + Run: Choose your training.  You can start with an ocean water (no waves) swim then pair it with a bike and/or run.

TriLaVie Team Training includes a swim with a bike and/or run. You can do a swim/bike brick or you can do a swim/run brick. Please bring all your gear to set up for a swift transition AT YOUR CAR and a fun morning in the Back Bay!

AGENDA:

  • 7:30 am Training Starts at the shore of Newport Dunes.
  • Start with the swim in Newport Dunes then bike and/or run  through Back Bay
  • Stretch and Breakfast.

DIRECTIONS:

There is free parking on Back Bay Drive, but it is limited.  Be aware of limited times.  Park on the street and walk to the shore of Newport Dunes.

BRING:

  • All swim and run gear including a wetsuit and a bin to put your wetsuit into after the swim.
  • All Run gear.
  • Hydration and fuel!!
