TriLaVie Members may run the OC Triathlon & Duathlon Run Course from the Lake which is 7-miles. There is an option to run the loop around the lake which is 3.5 miles. Since we'll be at Lake Mission Viejo, you can also rent kayaks, paddle boards and water bikes. Want to swim? Go for it, but it is un-coached training this day.
A nice option for fun and social, starting at 5:00pm as an option for TLV Members. Fees are from $5/hr for Kayaks to $12/hr for Stand-Up Paddle Boards.
Can you swim? It is your option to do that too, but it will be uncoached. Swimming is very safe at LMVA as there are always lifeguards on duty and you must swim within the enclosed lines.
