OC Triathlon/Duathlon Run Course Preview
TriLaVie Members may run the OC Triathlon & Duathlon Run Course from the Lake which is 7-miles. This is an un-coached, hosted run by Bill, Laura and other experienced TriLaVie Members.
Guest List + $2 to Enter Lake Property:
Lake Mission Viejo Association (LMVA) is a private facility. Only members and their guests are allowed. As a TLV member, we have Lake Members who will host you during our trainings. Please abide by all rules and respect the staff so we can continue this privilege.

- ALL TLV MEMBERS WHO WANT TO ENTER THE LAKE PROPERTY MUST BE ON THE GUEST LIST. PLEASE RSVP BELOW. $2 Fee payable at the gate.
- 5:45 pm Meet inside the Lake Mission Viejo entrance for course overview talk.
- All members must be with someone for this complicated route. Partner/group running.

Lake Mission Viejo (LMVA) is a private, member-only facility and Orange County’s only fresh-water swimming lake. Athletes must be on the guest list and pay $2 in order to gain entry. TriLaVie & Swim Velocity host special swims and events here for registered participants only. The lake features a swim area, beach, boats and picnic areas. NO GLASS ALLOWED. Please follow all instructions of Lake Staff and Lifeguards. Thank you.
