- 7:00am RUN! Distances on your training plan
- Linda is coaching. Martha is at SDIT Race
- Strength and Stretch when you finish your run
- NO TEAM Breakfast TODAY!
BRING:
- Running shoes and gear; hat, glasses, sunscreen!
- Water/Fuel on a belt or hand-held device, at least 20 ounces
- Gear to create warmth if it is a cool morning. You will thank me later.
- Mat/Towel for stretch
- Tennis ball - if you have one, for self care.
BREAKFAST:
NO TEAM BREAKFAST TODAY! But... Starbucks and Bagel Shop at the plaza on Alton - just a hop, skip and jump from Windrow Park.
