Pick your Brick: Swim + Bike + Run: Welcome the summer with an BAY swim paired with a run or ride to celebrate our amazing locations in SoCal!
TriLaVie Team Training includes a choice of 2 of the 3 sports: Depending on your goals and training plans, you choose which 2 sports your would like to accomplish. Please bring all your gear to set up for a swift transition AT YOUR CAR and a fun morning in the Back Bay! We will also be discussing Fueling and Hydration for trainings.
- 7:00am Training Starts at the shore of Newport Dunes. We will start the morning off with a swim then those who choose a Bike/Run, you can start your ride.
- All training will be at Newport Dunes around Back Bay and out to Irvine through Back Bay.
- Strength Marker Sets, Stretch and Breakfast and Fueling/Hydration Education!
There is free parking on Back Bay Drive, but it is limited. Be aware of limited times. Park on the street and walk to the shore of Newport Dunes.
- All swim and run gear including a wetsuit and a bin to put your wetsuit into after the swim.
- All Run gear.
- All Biking gear.
