Los Angeles-Herbalife Triathlon – Olympic + Sprint + SuperSprint

TriLaVie Team Event!  Race, Cheer or Volunteer: Relocated to Torrance, this race features a great course for spectators to follow in a beautiful venue.  Ocean swim, looped bike course and run. Great race for newbies.

Herbalife-LA Olympic and Sprint Triathlon

Torrance hosts this event  race is located entirely in the City of Torrance, which is ideal for this type of course. The start and finish will be on Torrance Beach with the bike and run segments on city and residential streets, and in Miramar Park and the beachfront path.

Swim:  1/2-mile  or 1 mile in the ocean

Bike : 10 or 24 miles on a looped course

Run:  3.1  or 6.1 miles
