Healthy women of all athletic abilities can do a triathlon with TriLaVie's 8-week Training program. We are Orange County's only all-women's team and we've been providing successful training for more than 7 years to hundreds of women.  Last year, the average age of our team was 48!  Will that go up or down this year?

  • Weekly time commitment
  • Training session overview:  what the heck do we do to train?

The TriLaVie information session starts at 9:00am

You are invited to join our Trail Running and Walking group at 7am to enjoy a great training before our information session.  Same location at the park.  We suggest you bring a snack or breakfast food to eat during the session.

Description:

Cedar Grove Park is located at the bottom entrance to Peter’s Canyon.  There is a big grassy area, picnic tables and bathrooms.  We use this location to run because it has a flat mile-run to warm-up before the canyon and it is free to park.  Cedar Grove Park is also the site of the Summer Trail Race Series on Thursday nights hosted by Renegade Racing.
