Indoor Cycling and Stretch for triathlon preparation. Train on spin bikes including strength marker set and stretching. Superior training for triathlon, cycling and general fitness.
This class is for TriLaVie Triathlon Team Members.
Please bring 2 towels for class and stretch with you as a courtesy to the club. Limit use of their stock so we don't overwhelm their supply. Thank you!
Indoor Cycling with TriLaVie consists of riding a stationary bike to music and coaching. Interval work using cadence, gearing and good form helps develop great riding for your outdoor cycling. Shape-Up Fitness also has an amazing wide-screen video of cycling routes from around the world. You can lose yourself on a road or trail through stunning scenery!
You are welcome to arrive early for set-up and preparation so we can use out time in the room to maximum advantage. However, late-comers will not be penalized as I know how hard transportation can be. Just come when you can and get the best training possible!
- Water - 2 bottles
- Towels - 2 for the bike class
- Shoes: either running shoes or cycling shoes with SPD or LOOK clips work for all bikes
- Recovery snack
- Dry clothes and more TOWELS for after class and/or shower supplies!
Locker Room: You may use the showers and locker room. Please bring all your supplies including bath towels.
For this particular class, please arrive 15 minutes early in order to set the bikes and maximize our training together.
If you can't make the class, text Martha ASAP as there are always women waiting for a spot.
Venue: Shape-Up Fitness
Shape-Up Fitness is located at the intersection of PCH and Avocado on the south/west corner. Parking is in the back of the building in a parking structure and has entrances from Avocado or PCH. You may park on the upper or lower level. Shape-Up Fitness is on the lower level. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS for training and showering. You are welcome to utilize the locker rooms before and after training.
Please be prepared to sign a release of liability at the front desk and check in.
