Indoor Cycle + Strength Work – 7pm – Mission Viejo

Indoor Cycling and Strength Training. Join us for an AMAZING training on spin bikes including  strength sets and stretching. Superior training for triathlon, cycling and general fitness. Open to all women.

Indoor Cycling with TriLaVie consists of riding a stationary bike to music and coaching.  Interval work using cadence, gearing and 
good form helps develop great riding for your outdoor cycling.

You are welcome to arrive early for set-up and preparation so we can use our time in the room to maximum advantage.


  • Water - 2 bottles
  • Towels - 2 for the bike class
  • Mat for stretching after the class
  • Shoes: either running shoes or cycling shoes with SPD or LOOK clips work for all bikes
  • Recovery snack
  • Dry clothes and more TOWELS for after class and/or shower supplies! You are welcome to use the locker room at the YMCA.

This class is open to all women.  Give it a try! Just a $15 drop-in fee for a great class that includes cycling and strength work with a coach. (Free for TriLaVie Triathlon Team Members).  Mix up your training and get a full body workout in one FUN class!
