Indoor Cycling and Core Strength Training. Train on spin bikes including strength marker sets and stretching. Superior training for triathlon, cycling and general fitness.
You are welcome to arrive early for set-up and preparation so we can use out time in the room to maximum advantage.
- Water - 2 bottles
- Towels - 2 for the bike class
- Mat for stretching after the class
- Shoes: either running shoes or cycling shoes with SPD or LOOK clips work for all bikes
- Recovery snack
- Dry clothes and more TOWELS for after class and/or shower supplies!
This class is for TriLaVie Team Members and to TLV Club members ($10 drop-in fee). Also upon availability, these classes are open up to friends and family ($15 drop-in fee).
