Indoor Cycle Class + Lunch at Life Time Athletic Club

FLASH! Indoor Cycling for Triathlon: LAST MINUTE ADDITION! Indoor cycling class as a guest of LifeTime Athletic. This triathlon-specific class coached by Martha using Stages Bikes with Power Meters and Quick Shifts.

LAST MINUTE ADDITION!  REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 4:30PM FRIDAY!

READ THIS CAREFULLY!

• You are a guest of Martha, the cycle instructor, and Life Time Fitness.
• You will take a tour of the facility at 10:30am after cycle class.
• You will sign in with your LICENSE and a legible waiver at the front desk.
• You will get a FREE LUNCH voucher to use in the delicious Life Cafe!
• You can use the gorgeous facilities for the entire day, if you like!

For this you will get:

• Cycle class taught by Martha at 9:15am, use of the club for the day.
• Ironman Trainers: may do 8:00am and 9:15am class (I have already spoken to you about this)

DETAILS:

• Ironman and Double-Spin Takers:  Arrive by 7:20am to check in.
• 9:15 am spinners check in by 8:30am.

BRING:

• License
• Water - 2 bottles for the bike. Yes, 2 bottles.  Did I mention water?
• Comfortable cycling clothes, including triathlon or bike shorts.
• Shoes: either running shoes or cycling shoes with SPD or LOOK clips for the spin bikes.
• Dry clothes for after the class and for lunch!
• Recovery nutrition/fuel to start the re-building process.

Provided: Towels, soaps, shampoos.
