Pre-Race Course talk by Martha: A great overview in preparation for your race. Open to the public, all are welcome. This race is perfect for the First Time Triathlete or the experienced competitor. Family friendly, co-ed, fabulous location!

1:30 - 2:30 pm, Saturday, January 30th, Crown Valley Community Park, Free and open to everyone!
This triathlon is at the Crown Valley Pool and Laguna Niguel Regional Park and is a unique triathlon called a "reverse" distance: Run, Bike then Swim in a pool. A shorter distance for youth and juniors too.
Run: 3 miles
Bike : 7 miles
Swim: 175 yards
or..... do the 5k and then watch the triathlon. You will be inspired!

The Crown Valley Community Park is the site of the iTRY Triathlon and 5k Run for Adults and Youth. It is adjacent to the YMCA and the Crown Valley Community Pool. From this park, you can access a running trail to Laguna Niguel Regional Park and the lake.
