Beach Run – 6:00pm – Crystal Cove! Updated!

Beach Run:  TriLaVie Beach Runs are designed to discover the landscape of our stunning OC beaches to provide run training.  We'll utilize the paths, steps, trails, ramps ..... maybe the sand ... for the best training!  Enjoy a sunset and a cool summer night.

Beach Adventure Run at Crystal Cove

Agenda:

  • 6:00 pm gather in the neighborhood adjacent to the park - Cameo Shores
  • Bathrooms are in Crystal Cove about 1 mile from start.
  • Arriving late? Just look for us along the coast or text Martha.  We are doing an out-and-back with diversions to the ocean for..... interest!
  • Group run to enjoy the magnificent natural beauty of the beach
  • Using paved trails, ramps and steps
  • SOME SAND RUNNING at this location
  • OPTIONAL: Water Wading - put your feet and legs in the ocean after the run
  • Guest Day! Bring someone you like

Equipment:

  • Run Gear, including shoes that are ok to get sandy, sunglasses, water to drink and carry.

Description:

This is a local street we use to park in order to run into Crystal Cove without having to pay the fees to the beach.  The bathroom is about 1/2 mile into the run using the park facilities.
