Triathlon Training - Brick: Training for Team Triathlon members to do a cycle+run in at a beautiful venue!

Cycle + Run - A favorite Route with a 15 or 30 Mile Option 

AGENDA:

  • 7:15 am Sign-In and Set-Up  ( If this lot is full there is another parking  lot across the street just 100 yds up). We will meet at the parking lot closest to the restrooms.
  • 7:30 am RTR for Announcements and Route Review
  • Ride 15-30 miles with a 1-3 mile trail or pavement run!
  • Stretch and strength
  • Breakfast with team

Bring:

  • Bike and Running gear- Be sure to bring lots of FLUIDS for the training to stay hydrated.
  • Mat and towel for stretch and strength
  • Breakfast item
