TriLaVie Team Event!  Race, Cheer or Volunteer: Local favorite race in Laguna Beach at Crystal Cove Reef Point.  Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon and a Kid's Triathlon.

Pacific Coast Triathlon + Duathlon

In the stunningly scenic venue of Crystal Cove in Laguna Beach, this race is a on a challenging but doable sprint course.   The ocean swim has surf entry, swells and some current.  Not ready to swim? Do the DU-athlon!  Run-Bike-Run

Swim:  1/2-mile in the ocean

Bike : 12 miles on PCH (closed to traffic!!!)

Run:  3.1 miles - in Crystal Cove and some sand running

This event also includes a Duathlon: Run 1/2 mi, Bike 12 miles, Run 3.1 miles
